Scam size, buyer beware! Also not brand indicated Jul 11, 2008
Per title "Xikar pre-mixed propylene Glycol Solution" and standard format, this is what I expected, in the standard bottle. I ordered three, to save on shipping. What I received were three 4oz bottles of "Dave's Activator Solution". My usual bottles are 16z, I would have at least expected an 8oz, no size was specified online, but the image was identical in size to those of standard format. To return it, I would need to throw more good money after bad to pay for UPS or FedEx shipping with tracking and then wait for their goodwill, no policy posted on getting either the initial or their return shipping refunded. Now I am out twenty bucks for barely 12oz, could have bought 16oz for less just about anywhere. This is a scam!
I would also like to know what recourse Amazon offers other than writing this review and the seller's questionable returns process with additional shipping charges.
